SeniorConnect provides anyone who needs close monitoring with a kit that allows the individual’s vital signs to be recorded and monitored by our TeleConnect and team of healthcare professionals. Should any abnormalities arise, they will be able to flag the situation to our medical professionals and advise if the individual needs to visit a nearby hospital or clinic.

HospitalConnect offers patients diagnosed with Influenza, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, or Dengue, who do not require hospital admission—a convenient option to recover at home. With the support of a remote patient monitoring kit, patients can have their vital signs monitored by our TeleConnect and dedicated team of healthcare professionals. If any abnormalities are detected, our team will promptly alert medical professionals, who will then assess the condition and advise whether a clinic or hospital visit is necessary.
