How SeniorConnect works
Patient's vitals are taken at home
Results are recorded on the hospital clinician's dashboard and family and caregivers can monitor vitals from a link.
Nurses at TeleConnect are also monitoring from the hospital clinician's dashboard.
TeleConnect team will contact the caregiver in the event of irregularities and guide them in seeking medical attention.

How to setup the gateway
1. Plug the USB cable into the USB wall charger and connect the other end of the cable to the gateway.
2. Ensure the gateway is within 15 meters of the wifi modem & within 3 meters of the vital sign devices.

How to setup the wi-fi modem?
Plug the wi-fi modem to the USB wall charger. Ensure the indicator shows a bluish green light for the strongest network connection
