senior connect

In Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC), we believe in facilitating an integrated and accessible healthcare experience to meet the needs of our patients.

Our remote monitoring kit enables the individual's vital signs to be taken by a caregiver, which is then recorded automatically and monitored in real-time by our team of healthcare professionals in SJMC

SeniorConnect is a remote patient monitoring service for elderly patients aged 60 years old and above, who are living independently or with a caregiver.
